An Incredible View With The Highest Elevations in the Southeast

Upper Rock Creek is an extension of the Preserve at Rock Creek development plan, containing 23 lots on approximately 75 acres. This section of our community is located on the highest area of the Southern face of Toxaway Mountain. All homesites have a south or southwestern orientation, with many also including the view to the southeast, yielding magnificent, panoramic 180 degree vistas. A few lots even have a 270 degree field of view.
