Phase Two Has Seven Homesites Remaining

Preserve at Rock Creek's consists of 410 acres with 215 acres set aside as conservation land. With Phase I sold out, We are currently in Phase II development which already includes two recently-sold homes and seven available homesites with elevations at or above 4,000-ft. To date Preserve has sold to 15 property owners. There are currently 10 residents primarily living in Phase I. The Preserve offers a Preferred Builder Program. After homesites are selected, this program tailors itself to the buyers needs and design preferences.
